Make your way to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Lower Station at the confirmed visit time. Present your valid ticket and follow the operator's check-in and boarding instructions. Allow additional time for traffic, parking, and queues during busy periods.

Board the rotating cable car for the ascent to the summit. Enjoy changing views across Cape Town, the coastline, and the surrounding mountain landscape during the approximately five-minute journey.

Explore designated summit pathways, take photographs, and enjoy the views across the city and ocean. Learn about the mountain's natural environment through available interpretive information. Walking conditions vary across the summit, and some paths are steep or uneven.

Visit an available café or refreshment outlet, or enjoy a rest while taking in the scenery. Food, drinks, retail purchases, and any guided interpretation are at the traveller's own expense unless separately arranged.

Return to the Upper Station in time for the last scheduled descent and board the cable car to the Lower Station. The final descent time depends on the official operating schedule and any weather-related changes.
